Haven't read Wild West 2.0 yet but have read - Do It Yourself Online Reputation Management: A Step-By-Step Guide To Building Or Repairing Your Online Reputation by Herb Tabin and Radically Transparent: Monitoring and Managing Reputation... by Andy Beal both are excellent. The Do it yourself is more of a reputation management for dummies while Radically transparant is for people with serious problems
