Seattle Easter egg hunts for 2010 with over 20 Egg-citing choices

Be sure to arrive early to find your children’s age groups.

Remember to bring your own bag or basket and since most hunts are outside, dress the kiddos in appropriate scrambling clothes!

Seattle area Community Centers are holding their Spring hunts at 10 a.m where kids  (age 3-11) will be searching for chocolate Easter eggs. They encourage families to arrive early to make sure you find the area for your children’s age groups.

Note:
Both Alki and Southwest Community Centers will  also hosts pancake breakfasts before their Easter egg hunts. Breakfast starts at 8:30 am and will include eggs, sausage (regular and vegetarian), juice, coffee, tea and all-you-can pancakes for just $4 per person. Little ones 3 and younger eat free.

Both Jefferson and Van Asselt Community Centers are also hosting a pancake breakfast after their Easter egg hunts. The cost is $1 per person or $5 per family

The Naval Station Everett Fleet and Family Readiness (F&FR) annual Easter Eggstravaganza  begins at 10 a.m.  with not only a large egg hunt but a flashlight egg hunt, underwater egg hunts, a scavenger egg hunt, and an Easter bunny brunch.

Mill Creek’s free Easter Eggstravaganza begins with face painting and balloon animals, followed by family friendly entertainment and the Easter Bunny! At 11:00 the egg hunt starts for ages 1-4 followed by K- 5th grade with prizes found in some of the eggs. Heatherwood Middle School 1419 Trillium Blvd. SE, Mill Creek 

Vasa Park Easter Egg Hunt (3560 W. Lk. Samm. Pkwy. S.E. Bellevue, Wa. 98008 ) starts at 10 am and is open to all kids 12 an under. Not only will the Easter bunny be there but he has hidden 1000's of candy filled eggs with hundreds of them containing great prizes!. Please bring canned goods or a nonperishable item to be donated to Northwest Harvest.

If you have a plane loving kiddo, this is the egg hunt for them!  The Arlington Airport will host an Easter Egg Hunt starting at 11:00 for ages 12 and under. There will be fun activities, the Easter bunny and lots of hidden eggs filled with candy and prizes. The hunt takes place at the Arlington Airport behind the Stillaguamish Club.  Enter off of 51st Ave. (360) 403-3448

    I always loved egg hunts. We would also have an egg hunt in the house...one year I forgot how many eggs I hid!! Thank goodness we found them the next day!
