Nestled between two mountain ranges, in close locale to the city of Kingman, Arizona, lies a small town named "Golden Valley".
Golden Valley has seen its share of deaths, such as all towns have. Many of the deaths however, happened far ago in the past, before the area became a town.
There are several known stories of Indians, miners and old settlers passing through the area either by horse or covered wagons. Numerous died in this valley in the years past and were just buried on the spot where-ever they met their ill fated demise.
The town as small as it is, stretches quite far. It can take up to "20 to 30" minutes or more to reach either side of the town’s limits by car… Desert land adorns the outlining limits and boundaries of the town.
Like Sedona, Golden Valley seems to have some sort of spiritual, mystical vortex attached to it. By day it looks quiet, laid back and uneventful. By night though it takes on a new cognizance, one of darkness, isolation and lonely despair.
As one drives the long stretch of road to the outer limits of the town, they may notice and feel an eeriness. Many who have lived or passed through the town, have witnessed strange shadows at night on the road or on moonlit desert land. Also several residents of the area, have captured photos with shadow people within them. Shadow people are plainly ghosts, spirits that appear dark and have no real defining features. Others have reported strange activity within their homes at night. Noises and disturbances that can not be logically explained away. Not all though that have lived there have experienced any paranormal phenomenon.
One has to wonder what is causing these paranormal events to singularly attack this peaceful town. This Examiner, has seen photos of spirits accidentally captured within the towns limits of which seemed extremely creepy in nature.
Is the town in some sort of paranormal vortex? Or quite possibly, is it just the history of the area itself that draws the spirits of those who have died while passing through, to revisit the place of their death?
Besides ghosts, several home owners have witness unidentified flying objects in the star filled night sky over Golden Valley.

Golden Valley is a peaceful, quaint little town, secretly nestled within surrounding mountains. Certain times of the year wild flowers, of orange and yellow appear, making it seem somewhat golden, just like its' name.
Real estate is very low to modestly priced in the town in case you become interested in purchasing property in this mystical, possibly paranormal place. It is quite affordable.
So if you’re a spirit buff enthusiast, you may try relocating here or just visiting.
One may never know what new paranormal events may occur in this strangely interesting, yet beautiful, little town.
