Kelly Annette Sloan was crowned Miss South Carolina Sunday.
She travels to Las Vegas in January to compete in the Miss America pageant.
According to the Miss South Carolina website, Kelly advanced to the Miss South Carolina competition after winning the Miss Hartsville pageant.
