Raechel Holtgrave of Columbia, MO defeated 133 contestants to be crowned Miss Hooters International 2009, She will represent the 450 Hooters restaurants throughout the world for the next year.
Raechel won $50,000 in prize money. First runner-up LeAngela Davis of Columbus, OH won $15,000; second runner-up Vanessa Ferbeyre of Miami, $10,000; third runner-up Shannon Buckel of Illinois, $8,000; Becki Haines of Tennessee, $7,000 and the remaining top 10 finishers $2,000 each.
“Raechel is well deserving of the title for reasons beyond her beauty,” said Beth Taylor, pageant director. “She is also intelligent, always has a smile on her face and is everything we look for in a Hooters Girl.”

Hey, there is no Columbus, MO that I'm aware of, however; we do have a Columbia, MO which is where Ms. Holtgrave works. Just thought an educated man like you should know that.
Hi, AL: Thanks for the correction. I checked with Hooters and she is, indeed, in Columbia not Columbus. My boo-boo.
