Raine Hill has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for the last 12 years, and has had the pleasure of enjoying and participating in its rich Pagan community. She is a Pagan and practicing witch, and enjoys teaching Pagan children about the religion in which they are being raised. She is also author of Growing Up Pagan: A Workbook for Wiccan Families (Schiffer, 2009), and has contributed works to The Witches' Voice and online ezines. Raine is legally ordained, and able to perform Pagan weddings, handfastings, Wiccanings, and other rites of passage.
