Financial and clinical outcomes data from ACTION-OI are used in UHC's Operational Data Base, which allows UHC members to evaluate their performance, compare it to other organizations, and pinpoint opportunities to control costs and improve quality. Currently, 92 UHC organizations participate in their Operational Data Base program.
