Oracle today
announced strong global customer momentum for Siebel CRM 8. With over 41
percent of the current Siebel CRM install base downloading Siebel CRM 8 since
January 2007, leading organizations anticipate increased revenue and
performance through the adoption of Siebel 8. Siebel 8 enables customer-
driven business transformation with real-time insight at the moment of
customer interaction, while helping to accelerate revenue growth through
better-informed decisions. Customers leveraging Siebel 8 include: Bayer
Healthcare, Club Car (a division of Ingersoll Rand), Alberta Health, Export
Development Canada, Intuit, Deutsche Krankenversicherung (DKV) and La
Commission de la sante et de la securite du travail (CSST) Canada. In
addition, many current Siebel CRM customers are actively upgrading to Siebel
8, including: Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, The Motorists
Insurance Group and Australian Financial Group (AFG).
