In conjunction with these changes, management's focus at Bay Valley Foods will narrow to concentrate on go-to-market, operations, procurement and margin improvement, as other administrative duties are transferred to TreeHouse corporate. The goal is to consolidate administrative support, such as IT and Human Resources, at the corporate TreeHouse level.

and foodservice channels. Its products include non-dairy powdered coffee
creamer; private label soup, salad dressings and sauces; salsa and Mexican
