Orbit E-Commerce Appoints President for Its Hong Kong Subsidiary

(OTC Bulletin Board: OECI) ("Orbit" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that Mr. Simon Mou has joined PureNet.TV Hong Kong Limited as president. Mr. Mou has over 10 years of corporate and Banking experience in North American where he recently held a senior management position with a leading international financial institution. Mr. Mou has extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial advisory, lending and corporate relations. He has developed relationships throughout Asia with a specific focus on China. Mr. Mou is a Chinese national who is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Mr. Mou's responsibilities will be to manage PureNet.TV's Internet Protocol Television ("IPTV") operations in Beijing, China.
