Mike earned his CAASH designation through a combination of professional education and experience in the 50+ housing industry. He has been in the industry for over thirty years and has held the position of Division President in addition to numerous sales and marketing positions. Prior to joining Cubellis in April, 2007, Mike worked with a variety of national and regional Homebuilders such as D.R. Horton and the Bozzuto Group.

"With the aging of the Baby Boom generation, the 55+ population in the United States represents a very substantial segment of the housing market," notes Mr. Kingsley. "Our clients are looking for exceptional product and the experience and credentials to create a lifestyle that meets their needs now, and into the future. The CAASH program recognizes those within the home building industry who have contributed to the advancement of the 50+ housing market through their professionalism and expertise in research, product development and marketing. Cubellis' Residential Practice Group designs consistently meet these standards."

With a record-breaking number of people turning 50 every day, the active adult market is the fastest-growing segment of the housing industry today. The NAHB 50+ Housing Council developed the CAASH designation to give housing professionals serving the rapidly growing active adult market the essential knowledge, tools, and skills that will help them succeed - from conducting initial research to design considerations and features to servicing the customer. CAASH designees are required to maintain their designation status with continuing education credits and must adhere to the CAASH Code of Ethics.
