WHAT: Christmas in July for Fred Jordan Mission thanks Wholly to
PricewaterhouseCoopers' 600 Partners, Employees, and Interns
VISUALS: Hundreds of partners, employees and interns from Pricewaterhouse
Coopers' Los Angeles Office breathe new life into the Fred
Jordan Mission by working side by side with the homeless to
paint murals in the children's library, youth academy and
throughout the Mission.
Watch children from the Mission's summer camp program meet
professionals from the world's largest assurance, tax and
advisory service firm. For many of these children, this will be
the first time they get to meet with a working professional.
Hundreds of working professionals volunteering their time and
serving lunch to the homeless on Skid Row.
Hear from Willie Jordan, the pioneer woman who runs the Fred
Jordan Mission on Skid Row, on what this means to the homeless
community.
Hear what it's like from volunteers who have never been to Skid
Row roll up their sleeves during the July summer heat and help
bring change to some of Los Angeles' most forgotten places.
