On Saturday, October 17, hundreds of professional organizers in and around the Baltimore and Washington, DC area and beyond will be in the presence of Julie Morgenstern, organizing expert and author of national best selling books. “Organizing from the Inside Out” and “Shed Your Stuff, Change Your Life”, when she gives the closing keynote speech at the 11th annual Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference for Professional Organizers (MARCPO).
MARCPO is hosted every year by the Washington, DC chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO-DC) and has titled this year’s event “Broadening Your Vision: Expand. Exceed. Excel." Julie Morgenstern, who has also appeared on the Oprah show and is a contributor to Oprah’s O Magazine, will be accompanied by experts, Krista Green, Dr. Meggin McIntosh, Erin Rooney Doland, Julie Hall, Ellen Kaminsky and Lauren Halagarda.
MARCPO, a full day conference, will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel & Executive Meeting Seminar Center in Bethesda, Maryland on Saturday, October 17, 2009. As an attendee of the 2009 MARCPO conference, I highly recommend it to all professional organizers and anyone considering entering the organizing field. Participants do not need to be a NAPO-DC or NAPO national member to attend.
