More than ever, we choose to control the direction our health takes by chowing down on foods---from beef to zucchini---raised and grown minus health-robbing inputs (added hormones, pesticides and all the other –cides). ‘Zero-quality’ versus ‘quality.’ But (you knew there'd be one) quality carries a slightly higher pricetag. Aren’t we, and our health, worth it?
