Researching the Obama birth certificate conspiracy has yielded many theories and wild speculations. Despite the likelihood that most of them are without merit, the one haunting theme i: what is Obama hiding? The forged birth certificate that appeared on Obama’s campaign site has spawned new curiosities, theories and demands to know where in the world is Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Is it in Kenya, Hawaii, Chicago, and Indonesia?
We believe the Certification of Live Birth is authentic, but that is not that part where it gets tricky with parsing of words and comparing apples to oranges. The document provided by the Obama campaign to Factcheck.org, which Obama has ties to, has nagging issues. First of all, the document presented is technically inferior, and people want to see the vault or long form. See an example of a real long form Certificate of Live Birth. Its shades of Bill Clinton and what the definition of what “is” is and this is where the unhinged pundits of Obama can’t seem to distinguish the difference. What Americans want to see is the above and they were given a document that does not have enough information and simply conveys that a Certificate of Live Birth exists. Below is a side-by-side image of what people are asking for and what they got. Fact: Obama released a Certification of Live Birth but failed to provide the requested Certificate of Live Birth. This political maneuver is known as the Dodd-Dodge.
Kindergarten Class in Hawaii
The Kindergarten Conspiracy is simply that Obama's Noelani Elementary School Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the State of Hawaii Department of Education. See the above link to where local paper reports the lost records. The important feature of this conspiracy is that Kindergarten records would have contained the following:
1. Obama's REAL Birth Certificate.
2. An application with the following:
• His Legal name.
• Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Vaccination Records
Conspiracy theorists contend that the loss of records is important for two additional reasons. The Department of Education does not "lose" the records of one particular student. Breeding the claim, who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear? Finally the loss prevents the release of shamefully low test scores, embarrassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and trails of fraudulent funding to hide that could possibly "excuse" the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records. Adding to the fuel is the fact that for the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public his true life story.

The Kindergarten twins (Nordyke) conspiracy spun off from the “lost” kindergarten records. The question is why the Nordyke twin’s, who were born a few hours after Obama, announcement was missing from the newspaper. The theory is that they were removed so Obama’s could be inserted. A possible explanation is that since the father was a physician of some note the girls’ birth announcement was in the announced in a separate article. The mother of twin’s recalls nothing of significance while she was in the hospital and can neither confirm or deny Obama and his mother were there.
The Jakarta plot begins with Obama’s stepfather (Lolo Soetero) taking the family to Jakarta, Indonesia and enrolled him in a Catholic school (Fransiskus Assisi) as Barry Soetoro as seen on the only document that exists in the public from any of Obama’s schools. It was not released by Obama but obtained by an investigative reporter.
This document bred a whole new series of heories that Obama was adopted by Soetero and Obama became a citizen on Indonesia. Under Indonesian law, Obama could not hold dual citizenship. But U.S. law would still recognize Obama as an American citizen. This led to theory that Obama traveled to Pakistan in college under an Indonesia passport. In the early 1980’s, it was very difficult to enter Pakistan under a U.S. passport.

The Barry Soetero issue exploded into theories that Obama’s real name was Barry Soetero and he attended U.S. colleges under that name and as an Indonesian national. The fact that all of Obama’s school records are sealed flamed the conspiracy fire. It was not clear whether Soetoro adopted Obama, either in Hawaii or in Indonesia, but there is strong circumstantial evidence that he did as far as Indonesian law was concerned. The facts are that in Indonesia, which was under tight rule in 1967, Obama clearly took on the last name of his stepfather in school registration documents. All Indonesian students were required to carry government identity cards, or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, which needed to bear the student's legal name, which should be matched in public school registration filings. According to Indonesian legal experts, it was difficult to enroll non-Indonesian citizens in public schooling.
It was the scrutiny of Obama’s Indonesia chapter that fueled the fires that Obama was a Muslim, received Muslim teachings in school and attended a Mosque regularly with Lolo Soetero. However, it was the Pakistan trip revelation that raised a few eyebrows. Obama last April disclosed he traveled as a college student to Pakistan in 1981. "I traveled to Pakistan when I was in college – I knew what Sunni and Shia was [sic] before I joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee," Obama reportedly stated at a fundraising event. Obama had not previously disclosed any trip to Pakistan, either in his books or in a multitude of policy talks regarding Pakistan.

Obama’s disclosure prompted ABC News to contact the presidential candidate's campaign, which confirmed that in 1981, the year Obama transferred from Occidental College to Columbia University, Barack visited his mother and sister Maya in Indonesia. Obama then went on to Pakistan with a friend from college whose family was from that country, the campaign said. Further, it was disclosed that Obama was in Pakistan for about three weeks, said the campaign, staying with his friend's family in Karachi and also visiting Hyderabad in Southern India.
Pakistan in 1981 was under military rule. It was difficult for U.S. citizens to travel to the country without assistance. It would have been easier for someone to enter Pakistan on an Indonesian passport. If Obama indeed possessed Indonesian citizenship as a child, it is unlikely he retains such citizenship. This has never been disclosed or discussed by the Obama campaign. This posed the question about Obama's registration in Indonesia under the name "Barry Soetoro" also raises questions as to whether he adopted that name in the U.S. at any time. According to Illinois state filings, when Obama registered as an attorney in 1991, under the name Barack Obama, he attested to never using any other names or aliases.
Most of the conspiracies may seem petty and insignificant, but it does indicate that Obama has not been transparent or honest with the American people or the fact he could easily put this to rest but elects not to. Remember, this is the man that said he attended a church for twenty years and never listened to a sermon.
In Part 3, we’ll discuss the Sarah Obama interview and Mombasa hospital who claims to have medical records on Obama and his mother but have been classified by the state. Then there is the Michelle Obama interview with API, and API attempting to sell to Fox News the exclusive recordings and copies Obama’s birth documents.

The answer to this question is easy. According to CNN's in-depth investigation, all the long-form paper birth certificates were destroyed in 2001 when they automated the process. Hmmm... On the other hand, seems I heard Governor Lingle publicly announce that she'd seen the long-form document that proves he was born in Hawaii. Somebody seems to be lying.

Once you've admitted that you "believe the Certification of Live Birth is authentic," there's not much left you can do. That proves that he was born in Honolulu and is therefore a Natural Born Citizen.
(BTW, once more, the State of Hawaii no longer issues "long-form" birth certificates. No sense obsessing over it.)
And check the law on the renunciation of citizenship. Even if he had been adopted by Soetoro -- and there is no evidence that he was -- his U.S. citizenship would have remained intact regardless of anything Indonesian law might say. That's what U.S. law clearly says, and surely you don't believe that a foreign power's laws trump our own on questions of U.S. citizenship.
Since he is proven to be a Natural Born Citizen, it doesn't matter what other nutty conspiracy theories you want to weave around him. He is eligible for the presidency; he is our president.

Actually, it was not difficult for an American to travel to Pakistan in 1981. There was no US ban on travel to that country and 30-day visas were readily available at the border with India; as the August 23, 1981 letter to the editor of the New York Times from John S. Brims, US Consul General, in Lahore, Pakistan, illustrates.
Also, if one believes the Indonesian school registry, one has to believe the President was born in Honolulu, since that's just what it says.

Please note that the State of Hawaii HAS NEVER CONFIRMED THAT THEY ISSUED THE CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH that was put up on Obama's web site fightthesmears.com and which is shown on your link to the LA Times, and that Certification is TOTALLY INVALID based on the redaction (alteration) of the certificate number as it so plainly states on the bottom of that Certification "ANY ALTERATIONS INVALIDATE THIS CERTIFICATE."
It is just astounding that anyone in the media would put up this particular graphic of the Certification when the alteration makes it completely invalid - but this is the only graphic that has ever been directly provided by the Obama people (with no scan of the back at all where there would be a stamped signature and release date from the State of Hawaii), with the other copy on the factcheck.org web site being a completely different certification with VERY DISTINCT TRI-FOLD LINES which negate the possibility that this graphic scan was taken from that certification.
The strangest part of this whole situation is that it would never have become any issue at all had Obama simply released his own personal original copy of his "Certificate of Live Birth" -to the Federal Election Commission or the press or the courts - that he claimed he had in his book. He also could have obtained from the State of Hawaii - and can easily do so now - a certified copy of his original full version (the vault copy) which would end all questioning over what it says and its authenticity. The State of Hawaii officials could easily vet and fully substantiate the validity of such a copy.
This issue will simply become a bigger and bigger issue until and unless the original "Certificate" - or "Certification" - "of Live Birth" is presented for review and confirmation. John McCain released his publicly to end all dispute. Now it is time - way past time - for Barack Hussein Obama II to release his.

Obama claimed he had his ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH in his writings in his book "Dreams from My Father." He never said he doesn't have it now, nor explained what happened to it if he doesn't have it.
As to the State of Hawaii, they NEVER CONFIRMED THAT THE COLB presented by Obama's fightthesmears.com or factcheck.org was authentic or that they prepared and issued this in 2007.
If the State of Hawaii now issued a computer generated COLB (Certification of Live Birth) and directly presented it to Obama publicly for all to see that would be the first time that The State would be issuing and standing 100% behind what they have on the records related to the birht of Barack Hussein Obama II. I would strongly suggest that the State of Hawaii do exactly that after Obama pays them the $12 fee for a confirmed authentic COLB over which THERE WOULD BE NO DISPUTE WHATSOEVER AS TO ITS AUTHENTICITY. That is not at all the case with the relased COLBs - of which there are 3 versions.

Jason, you are correct that the statement you put up is what Leo Donofrio has argued. However, I told Leo early on that he really has no legal basis in precedent for that argument and certainly would not prevail with it in a court of law and that he needed to get back to the FACTS AND EVIDENCE in this matter. There is no question that the purported father of Barack Hussein Obama II, Barack Hussein Obama Jr., was a KENYAN SUBJECT at the time of Obama II's birth. However, if Obama II was born on US soil in the State of Hawaii on August 4, 1961, then I and many others would concede that he is a bonafide US citizen as there was no question that his mother Stanley Ann Dunham was a US citizen (and her age of 18 is irrelevant if she gave birth in The State of Hawaii).
The issue of exact definition of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN has never been decided by the Supreme Court or Appelate courts, as its only applicability is to POTUS and VPOTUS which has never been challenged before this matter.

Why is there no embedded seal on some of the COLB. That means it was not from Hawaii?
Why are there 2 styles of embedded seal in the photos on Fackcheck.org on Obama's COLB?
Has the microfilm been dated and check if it matches with the babies listed in the announcement, for the ones listed in the microfilm would be the most likely to have a copy of the paper for their birth of 1961 to prove if they match.
This is just some of the lack of reporting here. If this is the best you can do. Get a difference job.

Just do a google search. The mainstream media have absolutely shamed themselves and made themselves incredible and outright LIARS on this matter. Anti-Birther,I have a stamped official copy of my Hawaiian CERTIFICATE of live birth. The document produced by Obama is a CERTIFICATION of live birth. Not one and the same. Many states offer CERTIFICATION and stamped on it is the memo that the document does not constitute proof of citizenship. You can't get a passport based on it. CERTIFICATION is a stripped-down version with incomplete information. To this day we know only that his parents resided at some point in Honolulu, not that Obama was born there. We certainly don't know if he was born in Queens or Kaouilani. Sorry, all your assertions that these are 'fact' are groundless. All you can really do is spew insults.
Jason, the argument you suggest over the definition of Natural Born Citizen is certainlky the argument that would be made in court by Leo Donofrio and others. However, something that was "universally accepted" at the time of the Consitituion does not make that opinion law and there is no definition of NBC in the Constitution nor in any subsequent Consititutional Amendments nor US code nor court decisions. That makes it a "novel" argument without ANY PRECDENT AT ALL TO BACK IT UP. That is not to say it does not have arguable validity, but the chance of winning on the merits with such an argument is slim to nil in my opinion and the interpretation of NBC is subject to much debate which takes us away from the actual facts and evidence in this matter which can be determined with 100% accuracy and contemporary universal acceptance in a legal process of discovery.
Further, there would be no need to make the NBC argument if the facts show that the COLB presented is not authentic or true.
Seems a lot of folks are thinking along the same lines, StopTheLies, as Orly Taitz says, commenting on her web site stats:

This includes our governmental officials, Democratic National committee, some members of Congress and Senate, law enforcement officials and judges and presidents and vice presidents of major networks as well as anchor men and reporters and talk show hosts, who intentionally defrauded American citizens."
