For the last week the OCCE (Orange County Conservative Examiner) has plowed through many of the complaints and reports on Obama’s birth certificate. Like many Americans we felt that despite the partisanship of our leaders that no Democrat or Republican would let someone run for the highest office in the land that was unconstitutionally unqualified. There is a reason they’re called vital records.
However, to the OCCE does surprise and chagrin we found merit to the claim and disappointment that the POTUS has thumbed his nose at Americans want reassurance. Despite the zealots that are involve there are points that should be clarified by the White House and end the conspiracy theories and controversy. If the Whitehouse had any empathy for Americans it would understand the concern we have since we have seen rampant corruption in Washington and criminals like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and Charlie Rangle retain their seats.
We have collected the issues we feel are germane, we’ll identify them and provide you with links to the document if available. We urge the POTUS to end this matter by coming clean with his long-form certificate of live birth and release holds on his records in Hawaii and his post secondary schools and institutions of higher learning.
· A birth certificate was photo-shopped and placed on Obama’s campaign site that turned out to be his sisters.
· Another version of a “Certification of Live Birth” was released and short and inferior form. Video link comments by Ron Paul
· Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.
· Obama claimed he was born in Kapi'olani Medical Center in a letter to the hospital but told UPI Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, a claim backed up by his sister Maya but the contradicted by UPI in two separate articles.
· Obama’s Grandmother, Sarah Obama, in Kenya claims she attended his delivery at a Mombosa hospital, audio interview is linked.
· Forged Selective service registration that received little to no press.
The data and information is formidable and the OCCE in Part 2 will show you a list of documents that other President’s have released that Obama has not and even had them sealed. We’ll give you as many links as we can so that you can review and make you own decisions.

Gregory, I'm ashamed of you. You have gone back and collected some of the oldest, most discredited birther claims. If you had spent even a few minutes doing research you wouldn't be embarrassing yourself by associating your name with this drivel.
I agree with BigGuy. You have NOT done proper research. Digging up lies and distortions that have already been discredited lets informed people know what kind of reporter you are. (Not a very good one.)

LOL, let me give you a hint -- even the other birfers have given up on some of those. It's as if you're doing it on purpose, picking out the arguments that are the easiest to disprove.
Really, get some help. Ask some of your birfer buddies for some more up-to-date ammunition -- the stuff you've got has long passed its shelf life.
1) The claim that it was taken from Maya Soetoro's COLB was made by one "TechDude" last summer. It's been discredited to the point that even POLARIK says TechDude lied.
2) That was a post about claims made by Philip Berg, and were NOT made by Ron Paul.
3) Gov. Lingle (a Republican who supported McCain) has gone on records repeatedly to say that she never ordered the records sealed.
4) Sarah Obama is Obama's Step-Grandmother, and the audio you provide is an edited one. The sites "America's RIght" and "Obama Conspiracy Theories" have full versions.
Not only are your claims in error, but they're some of the oldest and long-since debunked claims.
Hey, give the geezer some slack; it's OC after all, what can you expect...
Perhaps your Part 2 story could be spent retracting the myths and untruths and long-ago debunked statements you printed in Part 1.

This issue is not about where he was born. The issue is that he was a British Citizen at birth by his own admission and by the laws of Great Britain.
Natural Born Citizens are not dual citizens. There's plenty of evidence to support this fact.
Here's a better one for you: I was born in a small Canadian city, in what was one of six hospitals in town, about 35-ish years ago. That hospital closed about a dozen years ago. I'm an average-looking white guy. I haven't even run for Alderman. Yet people from my mother's physician, to nurses, to other mothers recall my birth. I even have a goofy hospital photo with my mom.
Obama was born a mullatto baby in early '60s Hawai'i--mostly asian, Hawai'ian and caucasian. He had a very uncommon name, an older black dad with an accent and a young Midwestern mom. He went on to public office (and even Oprah). Yet NOBODY recalls his birth...no nurses, other mothers, candystripers, &c. No cute "I remember baby Barack" anecdotes, to baby pics in either of the two hospitals he's variously claimed to be born at.
Photocopies of the origional long-form BS are available from the Hawai'ian government and required for certain purposes (e.g., the Hawai'ian Homestead program won't accept a COLB).

The factcheck COLB has been questioned for many reasons. For instance, his sister was born in Indonesia. She has the exact same COLB. She is NOT natural born. He may not be either. He needs to prove it.

If he was born in 1791, do you think Congress would have allowed a British Citizen into the White House in 1826, just 14 years after the War of 1812, a conflict that centered around Dual Nationality that Obama had (and still has) at birth???

On Mr. Obama's website, Fight the Smears.com, he may not have misled the American people as to his claim of being a 'native born citizen' because he may very well have been born in Hawaii, but this status is not by definition, the same as a 'natural born citizen'.
'Natural born citizen' is born in the USA of two American citizens.
Obama's father was a British subject until 1964 and then became a citizen of Kenya.
Loyalty and allegiance plays a fair ball game when it comes to all 'citizenship' requirements, but when it comes to the 'natural born citizen' requirement, it is - unmatched!
And finally, please consider this, during the election, then Senator Obama published a statement at his website which said that his birth status was “governed” by the British Nationality Act of 1948. Can you please tell me and the American people how a natural born citizen of the United States can be governed - at birth - by British law?

Before, during, and after BO's election I lost a lot of sleep pondering this complete disregard for our Constitution. It is a crime. This man is a fraud. Sooner or later he will be confronted. Even if he was born in Hawaii, he left the country and became a Muslim and lost his citizenship when he became a citizen of an Islam nation. I did not realize that there were laser printers in 1961. Maybe that document is not really his birth certificate, by a certificate of live birth. Read the top of the document. There is a big difference. The original birth certificate contains something that contradicts Barack's whole story. So the Governor of Hawaii put it under seal. Obama's secret will soon be out.

It would be a 100% more plausible to say that because of his political connections Obama was able to procure an authentic Hawaiian birth certificate that lies about his place of birth. Even if Obama was born in Kenya, there is every chance that even his long form Certificate says he was born in Hawaii. Here's what could have happened: To ensure her son's US citizenship, Obama's mother flew to Hawaii, planted a couple birth announcements (that don't mention the hospital), applied for his birth certificate and claimed she had a home birth (at grandma's house). I'd bet anything that the Certificate of Live Birth indicates home birth. The real issue is Indonesia. When Obama's mother remarried and moved to Indonesia, Obama became an Indonesian citizen because, at that time, Indonesia did not accept dual citizenship, and the US was reciprocal, meaning if the country in question didn't allow dual citizenship, neither did the US. So what's really needed is a look at his passport records. Assuming he traveled on an Indonesian passport, at best he could only be a naturalized citizen. Anybody see Obama's passport records lying around? School records? No? Big surprise.

I say it is up to the birthers to provide the proof that he was born in Kenya. Obtain passport records for Obama's mother that indicate she had indeed traveled to Kenya at the time of his birth. As far as I know it is convenient that the mother be near the child when giving birth. The ball is in their court to provide the proof - not in Obama's. They are making the charge so show the proof.

There is smoke here with this story and the smoke is growing. At first, I thought this talk was crazy and could not possibly be legitimate. However the evidence is growing that something is wrong. Why doesnt the White House answer the issues put forward. The facts are simple. Obama's father was Kenyan. Obama's mother was not old enough to bestow US citizenship to Obama at the time of his birth per the 14th amendment of the constitution. Therefore, the only way in which Obama can possibly be a natural born US citizen was to have been born in the US.
NOW we get to the meat. Why hasn't the physical birth certificate been presented to an impartial authority that can validate Obama's citizenship? Why are we required to "live with" a low-res image of a certificate (easily falsified) that has been scanned to a website?

Finally an article written in the most simple way for anyone to understand. the selective service documnet is unbelievable that it has not been reported on> It was filed in 2008 , on a 1990's form back dated to July of 1980. This indicates that Obama never registered for selective service, indicating he wasn't a citizen. Unfortunatly, the SELECTIVE SERVICE national office is in Chicago, this explains how Obama has gotten away with this to this point in time. Great article
How can we force Obama to produce all of these documents? can it be court ordered? what court would do it? finding them is imperative to our freedom and he his trying to ram big government down our throat so fast it may be too late by the time we clear this up.
