Dr. Alexander Bell, American Scientist, Engineer, Inventor and the fellow New Yorker is working as a Hi-Tech consultant for more than 15 years. Alex holds PhD and MS with major in Electrical Engineering and IT. He authored 37 inventions and published 100+ technical articles, translated in many foreign languages.
