The Oakland Raiders are still conspicuous by their absence from the headlines on ESPN, which means they are not killing their cap. However, the Raiders have been bringing back their own guys. The latest to return is special teams standout Isaiah Ekejiuba. Hopefully, once they start looking to the open market, they will continue their current path.
The rumors regarding Kalif Barnes and Marvel Smith are still floating around, but there is nothing concrete happening yet. The Raiders are also in talks with Drew Carter and Ashley Lelie.
With Sunday being a day off for the NFL, there won't be any major signings tomorrow, but it is still far from a cause to panic. The Raiders will have 53 players on their roster once opening weekend rolls around.
