Last Saturday 14 Nintendo held a launch party for their newest entry to their Mario Bros. franchise, New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Despite the sometimes heavy rain, the turnout was huge, with masses of people coming for their chance to pick up the game and see the sights
Nintendo setup a small museum dedicated to Mario's history, held a tournament for the game, gave away some gear and gave fans the opportunity to purchase the game. Props from the Mario series were also available to play with and take pictures with, as well as Mario himself.
