Saturday night, New York City came out to celebrate Halloween. The legendary parade included stilt-walkers, floats and elaborate dance performances. Parade-goers jammed along Sixth Avenue from SoHo to Chelsea despite the rain, which started out light but quickly turned to a heavy downpour.
