Zombie Spiderman says 'bring it!'
Want to get more than one wear out of your Rorshach costume or practice your Wolverine 'SNIKT' sound effects before the big day? Head to Pier 92 in your most elaborate geek gear.
Starting Friday, the convention will bring your favorite TV, Sports and Comic celebrities from Jim Lee to Tom Wopat to Brent Spiner to George 'The Animal' Steele to town. Don't act like you don't know who at least one of these people is. Really though, the big names of the convention include William Shatner, Adam West, Dwight Gooden, Yogi Berra, Joe Quesada, Editor in Chief of Marvel Comics.
Saturday evening from 5pm to 6pm, the best of all the outfits will be judged and rewarded for his or her (but probably his) dedication. Those looking to put a little money on the action can check in with Pete Rose, who will also be there this weekend.
Friday and Saturday nights, the Con takes it back to the 90's with after parties starring performances by Naughty By Nature and Taylor Dayne.
