Anyone who has played the lottery has given some thought about what they would do if they won big. It gets harder to imagine as the jackpots grow larger, but somehow we always figure out plenty of things to spend the cash on. My list has changed over the years, but here's what it looks like right now, in no particular order:
- Protect my winnings
- Restore all the old doors and windows in my house to original condition
- Pay my mother's health care bills
- Take a cruise to see what the big deal is
- Go to Europe
- Pay off the house
- Contribute towards getting the Maine Woods National Park created
