1. Beauty
Sounds shallow, but the truth is that’s what men initially notice. Female competition is at an all-time high, as are the number of appointments for cosmetic procedures! For that reason, men are used to seeing women who are very aware of their appearance. Not only is their current look on exhibit, so is their future form. How will they look 10, 20, 30 years from now? Maintaining appearance takes a lot of work and money. The good news: rich men are willing to pay the maintenance bill!
2. Brains
Yes, millionaire men want women to be good looking AND smart! Do not discount the importance of this trait. Giggling and playing with your hair will not get you into this elite club. Women need to keep up on what’s happening in the world. In a word, READ - have something interesting to say. Wealthy men often have high-brow events to attend and they want to have a woman with them that can carry a conversation and herself well. This type of man will not tolerate a woman who could possibly embarrass them in front of a client!
3. Body
Admittedly superficial, having a tone body is a necessary feature of a wealthy man’s potential partner. The good news is that super skinny is not what they really want – sexy, confident, and tone are the descriptors most men use when envisioning the perfect female physique.
4. Balance
Balance is defined as a woman who can seamlessly transition from a formal Saturday night dressed in a sexy black dress and heels to a ponytail, jeans and t-shirt on a casual Sunday morning without missing a beat. Living a balanced life is essential and well-respected by men who, because of their status, struggle to do the same.
Janis Spindel advises women to “shower off the office” before a date and choose a dress over a pantsuit. If you have long hair, wear it down, as this is a common male preference. Be confident and avoid TMI topics like your ex-boyfriend/husband, politics, and family issues. High maintenance women are a definite turn-off, so be aware of your actions and unnecessary demands.
