Despite the fact that swine flu has killed far fewer people globally than the common flu virus since it was first discovered in April, media scare stories about H1N1 “epidemics” are becoming more and more frequent. Friday July 10, 2009 Reuters reports that the World Health Organization (WHO) will “issue guidance about the need for a H1N1 influenza jab” during a press conference later that day Monday July 13, 2009. Meanwhile, the U.S. government has put states on notice that swine flu vaccinations will begin in October. The editor of the popular blog “Pissed Off Former Democrat” phoned the legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department to seek advice about obtaining waiver forms for a future mass swine flu vaccination program. Only to be told that mandatory vaccines were constitutional and could be enforced at gunpoint by the government if necessary. The last time the government ordered a mass vaccination drive in response to a swine flu outbreak, the program had to be stopped short after the shots caused over 500 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a severe paralyzing nerve disease. 30 people died as a direct result of the vaccinations. As with every flu virus, the particular strain of swine flu currently circulating the globe will inevitably mutate and change, and indeed there is evidence to suggest that this is already taking place – so how on earth could vaccines be a fix all cure unless multiple vaccines produced on an annual basis were distributed? These are the people we are supposed to “trust” and “forgive” according to Time Magazine and Markel when the federal government breaks down our door, guns drawn and dripping needle in hand. Americans would indeed have to be very trustworthy and ultimately forgiving in taking a vaccine by government decree manufactured by a company that has been caught red-handed contaminating their vaccines with far deadlier viruses than swine flu. In an article entitled How to Deal with Swine Flu: Heeding the Mistakes of 1976, the piece discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country. Question is, what will happen to the millions of people around the world who will reject the notion that the government can order someone to stick a needle in your arm by force?

A U.S. based pharmaceutical company Baxter International was involved in a scandal involving vaccines tainted with deadly avian flu virus. It was only by providence that the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made. Czech newspapers immediately questioned whether the events were part of a conspiracy to deliberately provoke a pandemic, following up on accusations already made by health officials in other countries. The Czech company Bio-test near from Prague got from Austria a testing batch of the new flu vaccine for 2009 from the American company Baxter. In February they have found that the vaccine was contaminated by the H5N1 - Avian flu virus, which is on the list of the possible biological weapons and is one of the most dangerous biological agents on the Earth - with more than 60% death rate. All the testing animals in Bio-test were subsequently destroyed and all the workers in the company were put in quarantine. Luckily nobody contracted the disease. Subsequently the same problem of the Baxter vaccines contamination with H5N1 was found in the laboratories in Slovenia, Austria and Germany, which confirms that the source of the contagion was in fact the Baxter vaccine, which could be very probable, because Baxter is one of the companies, which are developing the vaccines against H5N1. Some Czech newspapers speculated at the time that Baxter was embroiled in a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic from which it would reap billions in profits from producing the vaccine to counter a bird flu outbreak. The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun. The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airborne, super deadly. WHO officials are reportedly still closely monitoring the investigation into Baxter's contaminated flu vaccines, seemingly they are not too concerned. Perhaps we should be. With 6.9 billion people on earth this extrapolates to .001949 % w/h1n1 and .00001182 % deaths.W.H.O. as of 16 July will not take any more world wide stats. even though mandated by their charter.Under a declared pandemic vaccine manufacturers can use ADJUVANTS such as THIMERSOL and SQUALENE which have known side effects.Under a declared pandemic you cannot sue the federal government nor the manufacturer of a vaccine. You cannot do this even if there are dire side effects, permanent injury (ies)or even death.However...a person or group can sue the state, regional or local governments I.E. state health care regional and so on.If ADJUVANTS are use in the h1n1 vaccinations, side effects could and most likely be possible. 46 million people got the 1976 vaccine, with only a few thousand people having serious side effects. This is an extremely successful and benign vaccination. The problem that you people have doing "research" (LOOOOOOOL) on this stuff is that you don't realize that negative outcomes will be inevitable. The ethical implications of a utilitarian (the philosophical theory) analysis of vaccines is what you should be debating. Is it ok to vaccinate with a 1976 type rate of .01% serious symptoms (0.00006% fatality rate) a country against a flu which even if like seasonal flu would have a fatality rate of .1%?
Unlike the sillyness quoted by these easily decieved alarmists in these comments, you may actually want to consider not gettnig the shot because the safety protocols are being rushed, and a GOOD flu vaccine confers only 60-70% immunity (vs. >90% for most vaccines), and it takes 2 weeks after the second shot for immunity to kick, IF it does. So 1 month after a flu vaccine that will come after any scond wave you MIGHT have at most a 70% of being immune to a virus found in the spring which is likely very different (and therefore confer no immunity) from the one that will come back in the fall.
I wouldnt trust our government, nor any large corporation with my health or life. I would not take this or any other vaccine and will defend my life with my constitutional rights, those greedy people suck, I hate what humans do to each other in the name of greed. i am a healthcare worker who, until shortly today, was being mandated to have both the flue and swineflu shot. I thank GOD somebody is standing up to do something about this because it is not fair to be subjected to these vaccines in order to keep a paycheck. I am not undermining the fact that people have died from this swineflu, but the principle here is, I was brought into this world with a choice and I should leave the same way.
Wiping down our offices with lysol and strong suggesting wearing masks and washing our hands is one thing; forcing us to inject a deadly virus into our bodies in order to keep our jobs is totally over the line. It is coming up flu season 2010. I will take my chances with what mother nature throws at me and not what some other human being is concocting in a lab somewhere. There should never be a mandate on any kind of flu vaccination. If you die from the flu then I guess you were just meant to die! We are not going to live forever. The percentage of flu deaths is so low it is not wortth all of the hoopla EXCEPT that it puts lots of money in some peoples' pockets. Namely bureaucrats. This year our hospital is trying to mandate flu vaccinations and I am saying NO. You can kiss my _ _ _. I'm tired of losing my rights to every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes along. Don't trust the vaccine. It has no grounds to stand on. Hospitals are full every winter with flu cases from people who have taken the shot. Really did a lot of good didn't it. They don't know what strain to try for and then it is only a certain percent effective. DON'T BE A SHEEP AND JUST GO ALONG!!!!!
