Interested in trying out the hot new pole dancing trend but don't know where to start? Crunch Gym in New York City is holding a pole dancing open house on Saturday, November 21st at their 59th Street location.
The "Night of Mayhem" event will feature a showcase from pole dancing instructors and their students from Crunch locations all over New York City and Brooklyn. The invitation promises "champagne, treats, and sexy beats".
Pole dancing has increasingly become a legitimate form of dance aerobics, combining ballet, yoga,
and sexy strength moves. It is also a surprisingly tough workout, focusing on arm and back strength as well as core and legs.
Doors open at 7:00 pm and the showcase lasts from 7:30 until 9:30 pm. The event is open to members and non members. Crunch Gym 59th street is located at 1109 2nd Avenue between 58th & 59th Streets.
