Nico Tortorella celebrated turning 21 at Mari Vanna

Up and coming actor Nico Tortorella of the new CW Network show ‘The Beautiful Life’ celebrated his 21st birthday Saturday evening at Mari Vanna with the cast and friends.

According to sources Nico loved the restaurant, the food and could not stop talking about the spot's décor. Co-star Corbin Bleu said the duck was amazing, and Sara Paxton said everything she ate was delicious.

After his night of celebration the birthday boy received another gift in the form a key to Mari Vanna, so that he can return whenever he wishes to the cozy Russian restaurant.

Mischa Barton was the only cast member who didn't join the night's festivites, but perhaps it's best she tries to keep up with her recently wholesome activites like visiting the Guggenheim and hitting the gym at Equinox.

Nico didn't take her absence to heart and has been quoted saying, "Everybody wants to see her get better and I think she will. I'm here for her, I think we all are. She has good people fostering good situations."

To gain entrance to the new Gramercy hotspot one must ring a doorbell located outside the restaurant. Of course if you are special clientele, like Mr. Tortorella, you might someday be graced with a key to Mari Vanna so that waiting is never an option. It's clear that in Russia, patronage does have it's privileges.

Mari Vanna has not officially opened to the public yet but is estimated to open it's door (or doorbell) end of August. At the moment the space is available for private parties, if interested call their main line at (212) 777-1955.
