Julian Fantechi is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer who holds a masters degree from New York University in occupational therapy. He is also an experienced fitness model who has appeared in Men's Health magazines 5 times, done 2 covers for Men's Exercise, appeared in Exercise for Men, Gym magazine and Burn magazine. He has also starred in several workout videos and appeared on several tv shows including ABC's Ugly Betty and Comedy Central's The Colbert Report. He has written articles for several fitness magazines and contributed a chapter on rotator cuff injuries in the book Baseball for Dummies. He currently works in the New York City area as an occupational therapist and a personal trainer.
