In these times yoga can become an expense that quickly makes its way down the list of priorities. While it may not seem as important to us as paying rent or putting food on the table, it can be the glue that holds us together when we hit hard times. 

More and more jobs are being lost, and with this loss may follow the loss of our ability to hold it together. Financial stresses lead to mental and physical ailments that can be avoided by taking some time to find peace within all the pressure. 

Integral Yoga Institute recognizes this importance and offers a FREE class for the unemployed. This one-hour class focuses on how to deal with stress in troubled times. Its use of stretching, breathing, relaxation and conversation can help bring people together that are experiencing some of the same hardships. It's also a great opportunity for networking.
