Nicole Jones is a multimedia journalist dedicated to sharing stories about San Francisco's North Panhandle neighborhood through audio clips, photo galleries and short videos. After graduating from journalism school in Chicago, she moved to San Francisco in August to pursue a full-time volunteer position.
