Video: Mike Cann
Video filmed Oct. 14th, 2009 at Massachusetts State House Revenue Committee hearing on marijuana legalization.
A sizable group of college students were in attendance for marijuana reform and some testified. Bringing members to the hearing: Suffolk University NORML, Northeastern SSDP, Boston University NORML as well as other students rights groups. Boston student drug reform looks to be on an upswing. Suffolk University NORML, two years ago didn't exist, today: 800 members. There's word of another new reform chapter, this one at Emerson.
Some of the higher ed students reported skipping class and that their professors didn't mind.

Common sense is taking over America... slowly... but surely.
Valid medicinal value, its a victimless crime, the War on Drugs WAY too costly, too many arrests for simple possession, tax it and use the money to pay for health insurance and to reduce the deficit Need I say more?
