For all of you who enjoy a harrowing hour of TV, get ready for the season kick off of the number one show on the Syfy Channel, Ghost Hunters. The season kicks off Wednesday night, August 25th, at 9/8C.
It looks like Rhode Islanders Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson along with the TAPS team head to a Haunted Hotel, the Philadelphia Zoo, and the Lemp Mansion in Missouri to name a few places.

With the kickoff of their new season set for tomorrow, PR newswire reports, Ghost Hunters and real life Roto-Rooter Plumbers Grant Wilson and Jason Hawes are celebrating with the reissue of Chilling Tales from the Porcelain Seat. The fun, quick read bathroom book shares fun, interesting, creepy yet true tales of plumbing horrors and hilarity.

"It was a fun project to work on and we enjoyed sharing our experiences and combining our paranormal night job with our anything but normal day job," Hawes said.

The book is also filled to the rim with practical tips, advice and "not to do's" for DIYers. The book retails for $12.95 which includes free shipping and can be purchased online at www.ChillyTales.com or on www.Amazon.com. As a special bonus, everyone that can identify the city the Ghost Hunters were in on the most recent episode will receive a free gift with purchase.

In addition to having their own books the Ghost Hunters are characters in this Examiner's Children's book, If I Had a Magic Carpet III Haunted Holidays. While working with the Rhode Island natives at WPRO radio, this Examiner had the opportunity to meet the paranormal experts, and that's when they agreed to be characters in the magic carpet series.

Both of their books have been tremendously successful and according to PR newswire, "Roto-Rooter public relations manager Paul Abrams explained that the book has been so successful and incredibly popular as a gift for Halloween and Christmas, that Roto-Rooter decided to reissue the book to coincide with the new season of Ghost Hunters and in time for both holiday seasons."It's been wildly popular among plumbers all across North America because they can so closely relate to the stories," Abrams said."
