Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin signed copies of her new book, "Going Rogue," today in Roanoke.

She was met by over 1,000 people, including more than 300 who camped out overnight outside the Valley View Mall's Barnes and Noble.

A Panera Bread store across the parking lot braced for a surge and reported a 30-percent increase in business. The restaurant opened an hour earlier than usual at 6:30 a.m.

Palin arrived with her daughter Piper, son Trig, and parents, Chuck and Sally Heath. "This is fantastic," Sally Heath said, as she held three spare diapers for baby Trig and was ushered inside to tend to him. When asked if he hopes his daughter runs for president in the next election, Chuck responded: "I don't know, that's all up to her. It surprised me when she ran for governor. We'll support her." http://www.roanoke.com/news/breaking/wb/227301

U.S. Rep. Bob Goodlatte and state Sen. Ralph Smith arrived to greet the crowd at 9:30 a.m.

Asked what she would say to Palin, Deborah Charles, 56, of Botetourt County said, "I hope you make another run for it. Next to Reagan, you're my man."

Palin heads to Fort Bragg, N.C. tomorrow for a book signing from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Then it's on to a Books-A-Million in Birmingham, Ala. tomorrow night.

Palin named her book appropriately! The definition of rogue: "An unprincipled, deceitful, and unreliable person; a scoundrel or rascal."

You must be describing Obcommie and the entire Democrat Party Tom.

You mean "Ocommie and his entire Commie cabinet". Now those are rogues.

Fire all those Democrats starting with Nancy Peloser and Harry Reid. Those two make me sick. *upchucks*

The term "rogue" used by Palin in this instance is an adjective, not a noun Tom. The adjective is appropriate, adj. especially the third definition:
