Charla Nash appeared on The Oprah Show Wednesday, after being attacked by a 200-pound chimpanzee in February. Her face had been severely disfigured from the attack and she lost both of her hands in the attack and has been in hiding at a Cleveland hospital ever since. Charla is missing her nose, an eyelid and lips; her eyes had to be removed because of an infection, and she was recently told she will never see again.
Charla Nash appeared on Oprah Wednesday to share the details of her life since the attack. Nash told Oprah that she doesn’t feel pain anymore, but she avoids touching her face because she doesn’t want to know the full extent of her injuries.
"I don't ask a whole lot about my injuries... I know that I have my forehead," she said. She now drinks her meals "with a straw through a small hole where her mouth used to be."
Nash lives at a Cleveland hospital and walks around in a veil because she is nervous about what people might think of her.
People have been curious about what Charla Nash looks like since the attack and if she is ok. Being on the Oprah Show only intensified the search for photos and video of Charla Nash today and she has created quite an internet buzz. The photo shows the before and scroll down for the video below to see how she looks now.

Holy crispy crap - that is terrifying. Don't keep wild animals as pets, and don't go to the homes of people who do. Wolves, chimps, lions, etc are not tame, and you are playing with fire.
Oh My goodness!!! That poor woman. She is suffering so much pain.
My prayers go out to her!!!! I had tears in my eyes and feel so bad for her.
Wow my heart goes out to this poor couregeous woman. She was nly trying to help a friend and became a victim of a horrible attack. Her life will forever be changed....she is in my prayers.
On the news it says she was an employee of the woman with the chimp and that previously the chimp had pulled out a hunk of her hair! That should have been the point where you get another job!Im sorry for the woman but a 50 million dollar lawsuit when you voluntarily worked at the job and had an attack prior is poor judgement.
