The movie 2012 with John Cusack is set to be released on Friday, and the movie is building up the hype that the world is going to end on December 21, 2012 at the end of the Mayan calendar. In turn, the internet is a buzz with thousands of chat rooms and comments left that discuss the end of the world.

NASA recently released statements on their website that we will not see the end of the world in 2012. NASA has even gone so far as to post a frequently asked questions (FAQ) guide that claims the world will not end in 2012 (see link below).

“Remember the Y2K scare? It came and went without much of a whimper because of adequate planning and analysis of the situation. Impressive movie special effects aside, December 21, 2012 won't be the end of the world as we know. It will, however, be another winter solstice,” read a statement on the NASA website.

The Mayan calendar ends on December 21, 2012 and this marks the “end of the Mayan long-count period.” But another a long-count period begins on the Mayan calendar the next day (December 22, 2012). The NASA website also states that stories related to Nibiru are just internet hoaxes, and there is no scientific evidence available to back up the claims.

There is hype and truth about 2012 even some doom and gloom. At Woodstock Universe we believe 2012 is the beginning not the end. What we envision now post-2012 to be, is what will manifest.

Check out 2012 info and listen to RADIO WOODSTOCK 69 which features only music from the original Woodstock era (1967-1971) and RADIO WOODSTOCK with music from the original Woodstock era to today’s artists who reflect the spirit of Woodstock. Watch Woodstock TV.

Well man man !, i after reading that article on nasa.gov, and here, really has given me a hugh feeling of relief!!!. I'm glad that the world wont end on december 21st, 2012. But, i do know that it WILL end in either the year 2029 or 2036 or 2037!, one of those three years it's definately expected to end because there was an astroid spotted way out in space, that is headed right for us here on earth!. So for those of you who that will still be here on earth, boy!, do i feel sorry for you!!!.

Y2K was a man made scare of the breakdown of computers and computer systems that we, MAN, created.
Decemeber 21, 2012 is a breakdown of our earth, its gravitational cycles, etc. We, MAN, did not create the earth, and do not even understand it most times. Even scientists get confused. How can humans even begin to understand the Dec 21, 2012 phenomena? This is much more complicated than Y2K, and we can not believe Nasa anyway. We are lied to everyday about our food, our products, our consumerism, and the status of the earth and what big business has done to it over the last 50 years. Armegeddon is coming, and you should be prepared. Dec 21st is my birthdayand I believe something is coming.
