Dr. Georges Merx has been an avid photographer since he was a young teenager in Luxembourg. His avocation accompanied him back and forth across the Atlantic, until he finally fulfilled his dream of becoming a professional photographer in late 2008. Georges combines his deep knowledge of computer software and his business and Internet marketing experience with his photographic passions to bring his audience many novel experiences, from state-of-the art portraiture, to glamorously post-processed photo art, to stunning landscapes. His newest role as the San Diego Neighborhood Photography Examiner not only draws on his photographic artistry, but also on his 30 years in San Diego, where he captures sights and perspectives with an immigrant's eye that many natives have never noticed or sought out.
