No side effects estrogen therapy
During breast cancer awareness month, learning natural estrogen therapy is a much safer way to treat hormonal imbalance, is exciting.
What is Diindolylmethane?
DIM stands for diindolylmethane which is a plant nutrient found in vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts and cauliflower. It differs from soy isoflavones and has distinct hormonal benefits.
DIM increases levels of “favorable” estrogens while reducing “less favorable” estrogens. The key is to regularly supplement the diet with diindolylmethane.
DIM-plus Estrogen Metabolism Formula promotes:
- Healthy estrogen metabolism
- Relieves PMS symptoms
- Promotes fat loss
- Supports breast, cervical, uterine and prostate health
A review of research published October 1996, Journal of the American Dietetic Association, shows 70% or more studies find a link between cruciferous vegetables and protection against cancer.
Estrogen therapy
Eating nearly two pounds of raw or lightly steamed broccoli per day works too. But who can manage to keep that up? Take DIM-plus instead. Females take 100-200 mg per day and males take up to 400 mg if engaged in exercise training programs.
Estrogen imbalance is a major contributor to perimenopausal symptoms, premenstrual syndrome and unhealthy prostate glands. Medical research shows it's not estrogen itself but problems with estrogen metabolism. DIM-plus restores estrogen balance from estrogen dominance or hormonal imbalance.
Additional estrogen therapy
Nature's Way DIM-plus contains the unique cruciferous vegetable blend (spinach, cabbage and concentrated broccoli powders) for added phytonutrients. For perimenopausal symptoms, premenstrual syndrome and unhealthy prostate, DIM-plus is an effective natural estrogen therapy product to learn about during breast cancer awareness month.

Interesting.
Thank God I made it through that without needing anything! I feel very lucky!
I'm always happy to comment...This is just great writing! Thanks, Deborah!!
2 lbs of broccoli, eh? Well, at least you'll be VERY regular!
Good info!
Very interesting and informative read.
Wow. Is the picture for real? I've got a ton of broccoli in the garden.
Oh, I am DREADING menopause!
It wouldn't have to be 2 lbs. of broccoli, as it's in other veggies as well. If you're eating the 6-8 servings a day you're supposed to, you would be getting all the plant nutrients you need in the way that's easiest for your body to absorb, PLUS all the bonus nutrients and fiber which help reduce cancer risk.
Hi Elizabeth,
I appreciate your comments but it can't be just any vegetables. It has to be cruciferous vegetables to get the cancer benefits.
Thanks,
Deborah
2 lbs? I'll just pop pills when that time of life comes around, lol.
