In what has become possibly the worst-kept secret in NASCAR over the last several weeks, Danica Patrick is expected to make an official announcement on Tuesday that she will race a limited Nationwide Series and ARCA schedule for JR Motorsports.
Details are expected later today recording her schedule, car number, and crew chief. GoDaddy.com, Patrick's IRL sponsor and sponsor at JR Motorsports, will be Patrick's sponsor with JR Motorsports.
Patrick has never raced a stock car, but she did test a Nationwide (then Busch Series) car in 2002 before opting to compete in the IRL.
