Paul McCartney wants you to buy his music. He wants you buy all the Beatles remasters coming out on September 9th. He wants you buy the Beatles rock band. And what does Sir Paul give you in return? No access to his home. Sure, we shouldn't expect Paul to invite us all in for tea, but McCartney's gone a step further as he recently blocked Google Street View's picture of his house. According to the always reliable Sun newspaper, Paul was quite upset when he learned that anyone with an internet connection could check out his pad. So he put a squash on that and now all you'll see is a black screen.
In the meantime, check out some other music superstar homes that haven't yet been blocked on Google Street View and/or Panoramio. Of course, since stars move all the time, there's no guarantee that any of them still live at these locations. But at one time (maybe even now) they slept in these beds.
