LiveNation To Discount All Lawn Seats to $24.99 for This Week's Edition of No Service Fee Wednesday

Following up on their incredibly successful No Service Fee Wednesday promotion the past two weeks, LiveNation.com is discounting lawn seats at all amphitheater concerts to $24.99. This new pricetag includes all service fees and any nasty hidden parking charges and such. The sale begins this Wednesday at 12:01a.m. in your respected time zone and will run for 24-hours only.

LiveNation's No Service Fee Wednesday promotion was so successful in its beginning week that the ticket outlet raised its total ticket sales by nearly 400%, according to its website. The promotion got significant play on local radio stations such as KTCL and Alice. CEO Michael Rapino explains the need for such promotions in a statement released to hypbebot.com, "“I read the blogs and emails listening to what concert fans are saying. They’ve been really clear, they want a break on ticket prices in these tough economic times. So we launched No Service Fee Wednesday and removed the service fee on lawn tickets. Then we went a step further last week and eliminated fees on all amphitheatre tickets. These past two Wednesdays we sold a lot more tickets than we normally do. We kept listening and fans asked us to take it a step further and eliminate all fees. So for this Wednesday we’ve decided to go all in – one all-in ticket price for all lawn tickets – only $24.99 with no additional fees of any kind.”

In a time when record sales are dismal and ticket sales may become worse, LiveNation continues to find ways to make seeing your favorite artists possible. However, the reaction across many music forums still looms . . . "shouldn't these tickets prices be this low anyway?"

The most sought after tickets in Colorado will be shows at both Fiddler's Green and Red Rocks amphitheaters. Click the respected hyperlinks to see a complete schedule of shows at each, from LiveNation.com.

Once again, the offer kicks off this Wednesday, June 17 at 12:01a.m. on LiveNation.com, and runs for 24 hours only.
