Put on those silly shoes and dance!
The answer you have been waiting for to achieve family happiness. It costs nothing and can be done anywhere.
It's simple, really! Watch any child. They move a lot. They are happiest when they move a lot. So how about us big kids do what THEY do?
Here are three simple steps to achieve family happiness:
1 Put on your silly shoes (which means taking off your ever so responsible, self-concious, or awkward shoes...)
2 Put on dancing music (any style you like, and keep the beat fairly fast)
3 Move and groove, laugh and sing, ...let the music be your guide!
And if you'd like to start by watching others dance, take a look at this!
The YouTube "Dance" Experiment - Dancer Matt Harding created "Dancing", a video on YouTube that shows clips of him dancing with groups of people in various locations around the world. It's his way of uniting dance and genuine human interaction that leaves people just "feeling a little happier."
So, keep those silly shoes handy. Blue skies are only a dance away.
