The Celebrity Apprentice was on Sunday night. Bret Michaels is on the show with Curtis Stone, Holly Robinson Peete, music manager Sharon Osborne and wrestler and musician Maria Kanellis. Here is a show recap.
The show starts with Holly and Bret returning to the suite after Cyndi is fired. They are hanging out and having a good time with Maria, Sharon and Curtis when Donald Trump calls them all back into the board room. He lets them know that one person will be fired right now, and the other four will be interviewed by Season 1 Apprentice winner Bill Ranic and last year's Celebrity Apprentice winner Joan Rivers. Then he will fire two more to get to the final two.
Donald Trump was questioning the final five over who should be fired. Holly and Sharon both say Maria. Maria calls out Curtis for stinking up their bathroom out of the blue.
Trump didn't like the idea of Maria turning the boardroom into the locker room talk so he fires Maria on the spot.
Next Bill and Joan interview the remaining four contestants. They felt that Curtis lacked passion, Holly was asked about her having the most losses of 1- 2 record as the Project Manager.
Joan thought Sharon had a ton of passion. Bill thought it was too much for Sharon to handle. Joan did not think Bret had a lot of passion, but Bill thought he did plus he won as a project manager twice. They met in the board room. Donald ask each one why they show be the final two. Sharon is very emotional talking about her cancer and her family. Donald then fires Sharon making Holly and Bret the final two.
The task is to create a new flavor of Snapple, from creating a flavor, designing the bottle and doing a radio commerical for it. They have three days to do the project. They are sent a team of formers players from their season to help them.
Summer Sanders and Darryl Strawberry are assigned to Bret's team. Curtis Stone and Maria Kanellis are assigned to Holly's team.
They first had to picked what flavors they wanted for their drink and had to negotiate to get them. Bret goes in and Holly sends Curtis since he has worked with Bret the longest and knows how he would negotiate. Both teams wanted passion fruit. Curtis pretended that he wanted all the same flavors as Bret did. He told Bret that he would let him have the other three flavors if he gave him passion fruit. Bret agreed and Curtis then got all the flavors that their team wanted. He called Bret a sucker on his way out the room and Bret heard him. Bret had two different drinks in mind so he changed a few things on the bottle design to it fit since they had lost the passion fruit. He has one with vanilla and cinnamon that is diet and one with pear and nutmeg both with ingredients that have been good for diabetics. After a taste test at the mall of both flavors, vanilla one tested the best so he goes with that one which he calls "Tropa Rocka"
Bret decides to film two commercials, one that is funny and one that is serious because you never know how people will react and he would not want to offend anyone who is diabetic. At the end he is shown trying to get a dolly for his commercial and is having some trouble obtaining it.
Holly made one drink and called it "Compassion Berry" which is a mixed of the passion fruit and strawberry. At the end she is shown
preparing to shoot for her commercial and is trying to get it finished. All of what we were shown was filmed in the fall.
Next week is the live finale. All the contestants return to the show. They will show the end results and both will discuss their task and Donald Trump will pick a winner. Bret Michaels is planning to be on the finale along with Holly Robinson Peete.
