There's great organization bringing music to elementary-aged children 3-13 in the Cleveland area. The Joyful Noise Neighborhood Music School provides free of charge music lessons and use of musical instruments for families who can't afford music lessons. The children are also exposed to performers who further their knowledge of artistic awareness, self esteem and a sense of pride.
Such collaborators as Baldwin Wallace, The Beck Center, Severance Hall and the Cleveland Pops also provide visiting musicians, scholarships and various projects for Joyful Noise.Again all is provided free of charge to the children. The school has more than 20 teachers for the following instruments:

* Clarinet
* Drums
* Dulcimer
* Flute
* Guitar
* Kindergarten harmonica
* Piano
* Saxophone
* Trombone
* Trumpet
* Violin
* Voice
* Music theory
* Preschool rhythms
