Many MTV Reality show couples have fallen victim to the MTV reality curse in the pass. MTV star, Brody Jenner and playmate, Jayde Nicole are just the newest couple to break-up. UsMagazine.com reported that the couple split after a 15 month relationship.
It became apparent that there was some sort of break-up after Jayde had taken to her twitter account and tweeted, sometimes when you truly love someone you have to let them go.....' I never really understood that quote until now.
Jayde and Brody suffered a rocky relationship during the filming of the 5th and most recent season of The Hills. When Laguna Beach alum, Kristin Cavallari reunited with some old MTV friends on the last season of The Hills; Jayde became very jealous of the friendship Brody and his ex Kristin shared. This was just one cause of the many fights the couples had throughout the season between Jayde and Brody.
A source told UsMagazine.com, that post break-up, Jayde headed out on a Friday night and celebrated her breakup at Hyde Lounge with some girlfriends. She continued the party Saturday at Chicago's Manor Nightclub, where she was reportedly telling everyone’about the breakup. She didn't seem bothered by the recent breakup at all. The source also said she spent the entire night downing Jager shots and flirting with all of the guys.
On the other end of the spectrum, Jenner escaped to Australia. He took to his twitter and tweeted, “So I decided to stay in Australia BY MYSELF!!!" He followed up with another tweet, "Hahaha this is Crazy.. Might just stay here and start a new life.”
The drama should continue and spill onto the small screen. NYdailynews.com has said that Brody, Jayde and drama-making Kristin have all signed on for season 6 of The Hills.
