Zorina Jerome is a published author, director, and performance artist. A graduate of Indiana University, she majored in journalism. She directed the South Bend Community Monologues and Michiana Monologues: Love, Joy, & Pain, stage plays modeled after The Vagina Monologues. Her screenplay, The Means, earned the Lester Wolfson Literary Award and her book of poetry I Won't Apologize for Being a Woman can be purchased online through Borders, Amazon and Barnes and Noble. In addition to writing as the Media and Culture Examiner, Jerome also writes as the South Bend Writing Examiner where any writer can have their work published and reviewed.
