The following story is true and is in development to be made into a feature length film. All that is holding up the production is the story’s ending, which all parties involved, both the film’s producers, director and Ms. Persaud and her associates can only hope will be a happy one. .

Ms. Persaud owns a $30 million dollar, sole proprietorship company that she has worked all her life to build and its has been taken away from her bit by bit starting with a scam by a trusted employee, with the use of forged documents and fraud and with the help of two attorneys, and a judge. Sounds like a plot line for a legal drama (and it will be) but unfortunately, for now it’s the real-life nightmare of “Caring” owner, Christine Persaud, the successful business owner of “Caring” a company which trains and provides nursing assistance to Health Care facilities in the New York Metropolitan Area.
Information verbatim from Affidavit dated September 11, 2009
According to an Affidavit & Complaint made by Ms. Persaud vs. her employee, Finance Director, Melquisedec Escobar, beginning in 2006 and up to an era unknown to the affiant, Mr. Melquisedec Escobar unlawfully enriched himself through various schemes of identity theft, identity assumption, creating fictitious accounts, payroll fraud and book keeping fraud among other illicit methods” Exhibits A and B are listed as back-up documentation for this allegation which include various copies of checks and withdrawals, too numerous to identify individually. The Affidavit continues “Such schemes have resulted in a total loss to CARING exceeding $192,000.00.
Results of the Forensic Investigation
A forensic investigation was conducted by a private consultation company, not to be named, and the findings were this “We have conducted a fraud examination concerning a possible misappropriation of assets of Caring…Our examination was conducted in accordance with lawful fraud examination techniques, which include-but are not limited to- examination of books and records, voluntary Interviews with appropriate personnel, and other such evidence gathering procedures as necessary under the circumstances.
Based upon the results of our examination, these actions, if proved in a court of law, could constitute a violation of criminal and/or civil law.”
Mr. Escobar did not stop at just mere embezzlement, it appears that he also forged a “Power of Attorney” giving him full access and power over the assets of Ms. Persaud’s company “Caring” After reviewing a second forensic investigation these were the findings on those papers.

“There are indications to suggest that Christine Persaud of the known writing is NOT the author of the disputed signature appearing…”
Seems like a clear cut case of fraud and forgery, but no, it not. It’s far more sinister than that. Enter an attorney, Mr. Abraham Klein and that attorney’s attorney, Mr. Zilberberg.
Christine Persaud had an agreement with Mr. Abraham Klein to finance the payroll for her employees, nothing more. However, there is Agreement that states that Mr. Klein will be a shareholder and limit Ms. Persaud’s involvement in her own company. It is a long and complicated Agreement, that is allegedly forged as well, but basically, the agreement was not one that would simply financially assist Ms. Persaud in paying her employee payroll. It was an Agreement that would allow Mr.Klein and his associates to take her business over.

The dishonest actions in this case by many parties are too numerous to name but when Ms. Persaud wanted to dispute the Agreement that Mr. Klein claimed to have been signed by her, they were assigned an Arbitration to settle the case. Strangely enough and to Ms. Persaud’s horror, the case was assigned an arbitrator with a previous relationship with Mr. Klein. Ms. Persaud tried to get a new arbitrator assigned because of the conflict of interest considering the arbitrator, Marvin Neiman, has represented Mr. Klein in a prior case. An arbitrator is supposed to be an unbiased person who helps a situation come to a close without parties ever having to go to court. She did not get a new arbitrator and was unwisely advised not to attend the biased arbitration. Therefore, her company was awarded to Mr. Klein by default.
Mr. Klein and his associates came to Ms. Persaud’s facility and held a company employee meeting as if the company was already under their control and insinuated that Ms. Persaud’s involvement with her own company, Caring would be very limited. 
The most shocking thing in this case is that when Ms. Persaud found out that her Finance Director was stealing from her, she stopped sponsoring his immigration status, therefore leaving him an illegal alien. Justice Shack forced Ms. Persaud by way of an Order to continue to sponsor Mr. Escobar regardless of his embezzlement and fraud history. This Order was an illegal one as told to Ms. Persaud by the INS because as the Immigraton Nationalization Services told her “no one can force anyone to sponsor someone”. So that Order was overrode by another Judge. Justice Shack has signed orders out of his jurisdiction and Judge Shack, Mr. Klein and Mr. Zilberberg are known associates with prior relationships to each other.
What Ms. Persaud hopes will happen is that this case is that it will not be allowed to be proceed in Judge Shack’s jurisdiction in Brooklyn, which is what Judge Shack wants. The attorney filed the cases in Brooklyn because that is where he lives and so he would be in familiar territory amongst familiar associates although Ms. Persaud's company is in Queens. Ms. Persaud also hopes that justice will be served and all parties will be investigated before Judge Shack manages somehow to get the case to reamain in Brooklyn so he has all power over the outcome of the case and she loses everything for which she has worked. 
All Ms. Persaud wants is justice and a happy ending to her life and the movie which will document it.

This matter warrants the strictest prosecution in a criminal arena forthwith. These allegations are un-American and the conduct must be obstructed before we tear into the fibers of human decency any further. Justice will be done, I am certain.
It seems that Justice Schack is has contracdicted himself. He leads the nation in dismissing Foreclosure actions. He is a highly regarded scholar. Certainly some facts must have escaped his attention! Christine's defense must press on.
Oh my God is that legal. Did this really happened! How can u lose a company by missing a court date once. Should nt there been some continuance or something... Can a Judge without a jury permit a non-owner to take over control of a company without a jury or the involvement of a jury? This one is new in America. Too much power for one man.
Has this matter been reported to the FBI or the State Attorney's Office? If not why not? And if it has, why are these perpetrators permitted to be free? Many are convicted smaller schemes. This story which is now public record must be immediately investigated and preosecuted to the fullest. I will lend my hands.

For those whom Read this comment. This is real and it just goes to show you how corrupted the system really is when power gets into the wrong hands. My aunt has built this business from scratch and has been helping people in need of help ever since. And there are those have been privileged with an opportunity to help others but then turn around and help themselves to satisfying there greedy needs, stealing whats not there's. Judge Shack needs to dismiss the case because all the truth is being exposed, and soon all of those oh his side will go down with him.
This is unbeleivably unrealistic. How could this happen in America where no body is above the law. These attorneys' and Judges should be dealt with and this case moved out of Brooklyn to the place where the crime is committed. That is the law.
Christine is an honest business woman that I have known for more than fifteen years in the community. I was the consultant who incorporated this "caring" business years back when she hired me. I also obtained the joint commission accreditation status for "caring" when Christine retained me to do so. The corporation record with the State Department do not list Mr. Klein as a part owner. What is going on here. That someone agrees to invest in a corporation to assist with payroll does not entitle him a part owner. He is only intitled a refund may be with interest. The agreement which I also read do not make him an owner upon dissolution. This is greediness and unjust toward Ms Persaud who has suffered all her life to bring caring to where it is now

This is unbelievable. I do not believe that this will happen to Christine. I hope this is a dream and that I will receive a pinch, and I will get up.
Well this is so unfair that men are taking advantage of a woman, who is trying to help improve the life of other human in need of help. I hope justice is done and she gets back what is rightfully hers, and the perpetrators are put behind bars.
We have known Christine for sometime and she ia a generous, loving and caring person. It's a pity that a woman can work so hard to build a business to such recognized degree and unscrupulous men can take it away. How could a judge of such stature award a company to Mr. Klien (his buddy)and may have done so to many other similar cases. The state attorney General office should investigate these cases. The IRS should investigate judge Shack's assets & holdings, maybe he has some vested interest in this case and many others and those involved should be persecuted. Hey, wake up and smell the roses- Judge Shacks,Mr. Klien and Mr. Zilberberk are known associates.

I was an employee of Caring I got Fired!!!when Mr. Melescobar hostile take over the Coporation from Christine Persaud because I did not notarize fradulent documents for him. I am also a volunteer for the past 7 years at her food pantry, she has done lot for the community providing employment and charity for everyone I wish her good luck and hope she recovers her Company back. Ms. Persaud goes to the alleged "Court", this Friday, October 23, 2009 at 9:30 AM. Take a day off of work and join in the resistance to tyranny. As many fellow citizens need to attend to erase this evil. Also, call the Court Clerk or fax them a citizen's petition to have the case removed to its lawful jurisdiction of QUEENS COUNTY. Not a single event in this case was conduct situated in Brooklyn, KINGS COUNTY. Press on!
I have work for christine persaud for the last fourteen years, I work with christine when the company was getting off the ground, mel was never there he was never present at thus, time working till 2am in the morning to build this company and he want to come and take something that donot belong to him, justice must be done
I can see people going to jail here. It should start with Mel Escobar. It beats me that an illegal agent is in control of a US Ciizen business. I am going to put pen to paper and do the small bit that I can.
If what you say is true, your attorneys sold you down the river. I can’t believe what they did to you. I think that you need a good malpractice attorney so that you can collect your losses from the attorneys that gave you real bad advice. Not showing up in court on a court date – is malpractice. Attorneys have insurance for this. Use it. I had my attorney blew a court date and I lost just because of that. I sued the attorney and won and was paid by his insurance carrier. Best!
I've known Ms. Persaud for many years, and I know her to be a very loving, giving and caring individual. She is very trusting, sometimes too trustiing, thus the situstion at hand. Nevertheless, these characteristics are not weaknesses, but rather strengths, that are lacking in many in our society today.
Ms. Persaud should not be punished for her good character and trust worthiness, she should be rewarded.
I fail to understand how in 2009 in America, the land of the free, where justice must prevail, something like this could take place. I have been following this case from its inception and can not understand how one judge can think that he is so much above the law, that he would make the decisions that Judge Schack has in this case. This Judge has accepted forged documents as evidence, ordered Ms. Persaud to fire her attorney and get a new one. Ordered her to continue sponsoring someone who has committed every type of fraud you can think of against her. I mean come on, is this USA?
I mean, come on, how ridiculous is this. Since when in America can a judge force you to sponsor anyone. Especially after that person just committed every fraud in the book. And why are these perpitraitors still on the streets. Is it maybe because of their religious affiliation. Mr. Klein did plaster the fact that he is of the Jewish religion all over one of the documents that he submitted to Judge Schack. When I read it I could not help but think, what would be his motive behind this? How can this influence the Judge that would be reading it?
One of the things that stood out most in my mind is when Ms. Persaud told us that she inquired as to how an illigal immigrant can be awarded the rights to her company. To which Judge Schack replied what does him being illigal have to do with anything. What???? Are we living in the same country? And why is the FBI not involved in this case? This judge needs to be reported to the bar association and disbarred.
Christine, my advise, keep fighting.
The whole thing is fraudulent. If they can do it who knows who else out there is conducting this kind of wrongful business. Just right off the fact "Judge Schack made 26 orders and all in favor of Abraham Klein" this tells you right there that they are doing business behind closed doors. They will be stopped this time, because the public knows now and soon the world will know. It just goes to show you none should be able to have that kind of powerful position. Because too much power leads too, too much corruption. I cannot wait to see the judge behind bars. And looses all of his power and authority, Leaving him with nothing. Just a really bad case of bad karma. And I hope that everyone who this Judge has wrongfully harmed fights him to the bare end.

I Christine Persaud thank all for fighting with me to get justice. I never gave / sell my CARING company, a license home care agency, Queens NY to Abraham Klein. They stole my company by signing my nam on three documents. With the help of there Attorney and the Judge Arthur M Schack: They award my Caring Company (worth 30Million) and a Judgement of 2.4Million.
