Hollywood's highest paid teenage star will soon see his seventeen year old bank account get even bigger as he has now landed yet another big role.
Taylor Lautner has just been cast as Hasbro's Stretch Armstrong in the new franchise set to come from Universal Pictures. The toy character was an elastic man that kids could grab any of his arms and legs stretching them as far as possible.
The film version of Stretch will give him superhero abilities, but little else is yet known about the film.
Stretch Armstrong is going to be in 3-D and is due out in theaters sometime in 2010.
A star of The Twilight Saga, Lautner recently landed a role alongside Tom Cruise in a new film called Northern Lights.
