Top holiday gifts for hardcore Twilight fans

Fans of "Twilight" are in for a treat this holiday season with all the  "New Moon" merchandise available. This year, there is so much more out there compared to the Team Edward and Team Jacob  T-shirts of last year. While making my own Christmas shopping list, I've done a little research and compiled a list of the hottest and most unique "Twilight" gifts for 'Twihards" of all ages.

GIfts for Adults

Twilight Car Accessories
"Twilight" auto accessories make great stocking stuffers. Usually priced under $4.00, there are a variety of bumper stickers and car decals that have quotes from the books and phrases like "I drive like a Cullen."

Gifts for Moms
There is no denying it, moms account for quite a bit of the "Twilight" fan base. I came across a website called "TwilightMoms.com," they even have a  gift shop with T-shirts that read "TwilightMoms" and a "Twilight" cooking apron.

Twilight Electronics Covers
Skinit.com, makers of Skinit Wall Art (scroll down for more on that), makes vinyl laptop covers, handheld video game device covers and vinyl cell-phone covers featuring characters, scenes and family crests from "Twilight: New Moon." They have 20 designs and over 3000 devices are supported.

Action Figures and Collectible Dolls

Barbie Dolls
Mattel launched a line of "Twilight" Barbie dolls in November 2009. There are two dolls available, the Edward Cullen Barbie Doll and the Bella Swan Barbie Doll. Each "Twilight Barbie" doll retails for $25.00.

Action Figures
NECA has a series of 7" action figures based on the "Twilight: New Moon" characters. Each "New Moon" action figure can be purchased individually or in sets. The dolls include Alice Cullen, Bella Swan, Edward Cullen and Jacob Black. The dolls went on sale in October 2009 and are available in stores or on Amazon.com.

Tonner Collectible  Dolls
For serious "Twilight" fans, Tonner released a limited edition "Twilight Collection" of dolls in the Fall of 2009. With only 1,000 of each of the characters, the dolls are intricately detailed and come with a display stand. The Tonner "Twilight" dolls cost over $100.

"Twilight" and "New Moon" Home Decor
"Twilight" home decorations include fleece "New Moon" throw blankets featuring scenes from the films or realistic images of Bella and Edward, tapestry "Twilight" pillows with the Cullen family crest and even Edward Cullen pillow cases. The least expensive Twilight throw blanket was a black-and-white "Edward Cullen Twilight Family Throw" for about $25.00. The most expensive was a plush fleece "Twilight Edward" throw that measured 50x60. On average, you can find a Twilight movie blanket for about $60.00.

New Moon Skinit WallSkins
Skinit makes vinyl peel-and-stick "Twilight" 'wall art' (vinyl posters really). According to the Skinit.com website, the wall art is has "brilliant colors" that won't fade and is a "no commitment, easy to remove" decoration. The wall art sells for $99.00 and is sold in two sizes, 15"x50" and 21"x72".

Twilight Book Sets, DVDs and Soundtracks
Although your favorite "Twilight" fan has already devoured through the pages of "The Twilight Saga" series, some ideas for gifts include blank "Twilight" journals, the hardcover set of the books and there is even a hardcover "The Twilight Saga: Official Guide" to the series by author Stephanie Meyer. Another book idea is the "Twilight: Director's Notebook: The Story of How We Made the Movie Based on the Novel by Stephanie Meyer."

"The Twilight Saga: New Moon" Soundtrack (Must have)
There are two "Twilight Saga" soundtracks. The first was released the original "Twilight" movie. The "New Moon" soundtrack was released this fall and features Death Cab for Cutie, the band performs the main song "Meet Me On the Equinox," which is featured in the film.

Twilight Jewelry
For Twilight jewelry, Hot Topic and Nordstrom are the official "Twilight" merchandise  retailers. They have a huge variety of licensed "Twilight" and "New Moon" jewelry. In addition, there are several unique options for "Twilight" inspired jewelry online. Search Amazon.com, Ebay.com and Etsy for "Twilight bracelets," "Twilight necklaces" and "Twilight earrings." Although some of these items are not 'technically' "Twilight" merchandise, the look and style of these pieces are based on jewelry the characters in the film wore. (Think Alice Cullen choker.) Amazon.com also has an exclusive "Twilight Music Jewelry Box" licensed under NECA.

Twilight Scrabble Tile Jewelry
I've seen some really unique Edward, Bella and general "Twilight" scrabble tiles on the crafting website "Etsy." If you're not familiar with scrabble tile jewelry, the small tiles are decorated with paper, sealed and used to create 'pendants' that are then made into bracelets, necklaces and even keychains. You can try and make your own, or find a custom jewelry maker who works with scrabble tiles and ask if they can make you a custom "Twilight" piece.

Twilight New Moon Games
There are a few games based on "Twilight." My favorite pick would be "Scene It? Twilight Deluxe Edition." It's a DVD game that retails for under $30. Other "Twilight" games include a board game and a trading card game.
