Registration is now open for Dick Gelfman's 2010 "Ride Across Maryland." This year marks the 10th anniversary of the ride, and according to Dick, he expects that the 2010 ride will put the Ride Across Maryland foundation's fund raising efforts over the $2 million mark!
The ride is scheduled for June 5 - 7, 2010 and will once again be hosted by the Francis Scott Key Resort in Ocean City, Maryland.
As with past years, there are various departure points across the state. Most departure points converge on the Columbia Mall, for an 8:45 am group departure to Ocean City, Maryland.
The Ride Across Maryland is the largest independant fundraiser for the Susan Komen for the Cure breast cancer foundation. Last years ride raised $200,000 dollars, with top fund raising honors going to the Glen Burnie Outback restaurant team, which raised over $59,000!
Biker's are notoriously generous and charity oriented. Folks, this is one of the best causes out there, so start assembling your teams and get registered! June 5th will be here quicker than you think! Click here to register for the 2010 Ride Across Maryland.
