What exercises can you or your family do at home or at a park if you do not or cannot have a gym membership? Bodyweight exercises are essential for the budget- conscious exerciser. 1. Pushups.

2. Squats
You can do close, medium, or wide stances. You can do single leg versions. You can add jumps to the squats.
3. Lunges
You can do stationary, front lunges, back lunges, side lunges, walking lunges, or jump lunges, to name a few.
4. Spine Raises (Bridges)
Try different feet widths and single leg variations.
5. Abdominals
Crunches, reverse crunches, oblique crunches, bicycle crunches, and planks are all excellent choices.
