The Bible Online has begun its beta testing today, offering an open chance for any players interested to come try and test the game before it goes live later this month.
The game will offer three quests in its current stage (Chapter 1). These quests will take players through Ur, Haran, and Canaan in the role of the ancestor of the faith, Abraham, teaching players the basics of the RTS and RPG elements of the game play.
The Bible Online also incorporates heavy story elements from the Bible, telling the stories of Genesis (with further books to be released later). Players will be encouraged to not only learn the stories from the Bible, but will also read and type text from the Bible to increase their 'faith.'
TBO was announced last week by FiAA. More information and sign-ups can be found on the official website, including special prizes for successful players during the test.
